Kings Beach Autumn Retreat

Join a small group of like-minded women and escape to the spectacular Fleurieu Peninsula for a restorative four-day/3 night retreat that celebrates creativity, nature connection and wellbeing. Set at the stunning and luxurious Kings Beach Retreat, overlooking the dramatic Waitpinga coastline, this small-group experience invites participants to slow down, reconnect with themselves and immerse in the natural world. The retreat includes guided art therapy, nature journalling, EcoArt activities, mindfulness, meditation, gentle movement and opportunities to explore the surrounding coastal environment. No art experience required- the emphasis is on slowing down and connecting with self.
