Art Therapy
Creativity for self connection
Art therapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses creative expression to support emotional health and personal growth. It provides a safe space to explore thoughts and feelings through art-making, even when words are hard to find. You don’t need any artistic skill — the focus is on the process, not the product. Through drawing, painting, collage, or other creative activities, art therapy can help reduce stress, improve self-awareness, and build coping skills. It is suitable for children, young people, and adults who want a supportive and practical way to work through challenges and strengthen wellbeing.

Our Story
At VistaArt Therapies, we offer group art therapy sessions and one on one sessions to explore personal challenges, build confidence, and enhance wellbeing through creativity. Sessions are tailored to the needs of each person/group — whether that means working with stress, anxiety, or seeking greater self-understanding. Using a range of art materials and approaches, clients are guided to express themselves in ways that feel safe and meaningful. No artistic experience is needed; the focus is on the process of making and reflecting, rather than creating a finished artwork.
