Coastal Women's Retreat - Middleton SA

This retreat offers a small group of women (6-12) an opportunity to slow down, tune in, relax and recharge at beautiful Middleton SA. Activities will include a range of wellness activities, art therapy, mindfulness, meditation, and nature connection. This retreat will be during the peak whale season so lots of time to scan the seas with binoculars.
